Then you will be need internet network. 1.first your insta tag app open 2.you will capture or select one fhoto. 3.you will see many effect your mobile. if you want set effect you would do it. Like HDR. 4.now you see your mobile front 2 option.you will take second option like option image flower. Than you see you picture blur. Now you select where you want set blur.you click thare. Now your picture background blur like dslr camera. Now you edit your fhoto by java mobile and make this dslr fhoto. I am test my nokia asha 503 mobile. No more today. I am again come witn new topic.
